Our principles

We treat your personal information as we would like others to treat ours.
What personal information we collect
On our contact form, we ask for your name and e-mail address, along with a subject and a short message.
When you post a comment on our blog, we ask that you provide your name and an optional e-mail and website address. Blog comments are not currently enabled.
What non-personal information we collect
To be able to run our website, we need to collect data about how it is used. We count the pages loaded to determine popular content, browser versions to determine compatibility, and other stats that don't make use of individual personal information.
How we collect it, who is collecting it on our behalf
Form submissions, such as data entered on our contact form, are encrypted and temporary stored on our server.
Comment submissions, such as those entered through our comment form on blog posts, are encrypted and stored on our server indefinitely. Blog comments are not currently enabled.
Our website is hosted and built on Google Cloud infrastructure. We use Google G-Suite to send and receive e-mails, including to respond to a form submission or comment. See also Google Cloud and G-Suite Privacy and Security policy.
Why do we need it
On our contact form, we collect your personal name and e-mail to be able to get back to you, should a response be necessary.
When you enter a comment on a blog post, we use your name to display next to the message you entered. We use your e-mail, if you provided one, only to contact you if needed. We don't publish it along with your comment. Blog comments are not currently enabled.
How will we use it
We use personal information for the purposes identified on this policy and nothing else.
For how long do we keep it
We keep contact information only until we believe we no longer need to contact you back regarding a recent contact request.
We keep blog comments indefinitely. Blog comments are not currently enabled.
We keep e-mails indefinitely.
Are we sharing it with anybody else
We do not share this information with anybody else.
How do we protect your information
We use reasonable security practices like: two-factor authentication on all partner services that enable it; strong, unique passwords on all partner services; limit access to who can see your information; use device security like strong, unique passwords, encryption, etc.
What information we do not collect
Do we not use any advertising tracking features on our website.
We do not use Google Analytics nor any other system that tracks you around the web using cookies.
Links and other websites
Once you leave our website, either by following a link or by navigating away, you are no longer under the provisions of this privacy policy.
Cookies
We do not use any cookies of any kind. Period.
Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update our privacy policy at any time with immediate affect, once posted, according to our Terms of Use.
